Sõru Hotel is located in Hiiumaa, at the southern end of the island, 800m away from the beach and the Sõru port. We offer accommodation in rooms or the entire building for various events – weddings, birthdays, seminars, corporate events, etc. Our hotel is the ideal place for a longer vacation or a short break after exploring the beautiful island. The rooms have comfortable beds, large sun-facing terraces with sun loungers, a great café on the ground floor with cold drinks, a sauna with a hot stove, a pond for swimming with refreshing water, and a cozy homely atmosphere in general. It is the perfect location for those who want to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but is still close enough to take advantage of everything Hiiumaa has to offer.
The atmosphere at Sõru Hotel is very friendly and is perfect for those who want to stay comfortably with family or friends during their visit to Hiiumaa. The hotel can accommodate up to 30 people at a time, making it ideal for anyone who wants to spend time with friends and loved ones, even in larger groups. In addition, there is a separate entrance apartment-style roof space that can accommodate an additional 4 people. The hotel has a café with a capacity of 40 seats and a large 300m2 sun terrace with cold drinks, as well as a cozy billiards room.
A total of 10 rooms are available, 5 of which are quadruple rooms and 5 of which are double rooms. The quadruple rooms have 2 twin XL beds and 1 double folding sofa, while the double rooms have 2 twin XL beds. Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet, and the price includes linens such as blankets, pillows, bedsheets, and towels. Three large rooms have end-windows, two smaller rooms have skylights, and five rooms have sunny terraces. On the second floor, there is also a rest area surrounded by greenery for guests to read, watch TV, or work on a computer.
We also offer the rental of the entire building for corporate events, weddings, conferences, seminars, birthdays, and other events. Our premises are suitable for organizing various events and we have a flexible pricing system. It’s also possible to rent only the common areas without accommodation for shorter gatherings. In the winter period, it can comfortably accommodate up to 40 people with catering, and in the summer period, it can host a stand-up event with a terrace for 150 people. Our kitchen is equipped with the latest technology, and we offer catering both as a buffet and a la carte if necessary.
